AI Spot the Difference Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

No account is required. Only when you use sharing, the original puzzle image, edited image, and answer-location data are uploaded to create a web link.

2. How we use information

Uploaded data is used only to provide the shared puzzle page and let people with the link play the puzzle.

3. Retention and deletion

Shared puzzles are automatically deleted 7 days after upload. To request earlier deletion, email h2play2011@gmail.com with the shared link.

4. Third-party services

We do not sell puzzle images or provide them to advertisers. Infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare R2 may process uploaded puzzle data solely to operate the sharing service.

5. Advertising and consent

The iOS app uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Depending on your region, device settings, consent choices, and whether an ad is available, Google may process IP-address-derived coarse location, device identifiers, advertising data, product interactions, and diagnostics such as crash and performance data. These data may be used to provide and measure ads, perform analytics, and prevent fraud and abuse. Puzzle images and answer-location data are not sent to the advertising SDK.

Where required, the app asks for advertising consent through Google's User Messaging Platform before requesting ads. You can revisit the available advertising privacy choices from Settings in the app. The app does not request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission in this version, and core puzzle features remain available when an ad cannot be requested. Google's handling and retention of advertising data are governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

6. On-device AI

Object recognition and puzzle editing run on your device whenever possible. Your selected photo is not uploaded until you choose to share it.
